- To ensure good control and minimise complications from chronic diseases.

Monitoring and Evaluation
- Monitor the number of new patients recorded who are provided with the relevant medications.
- Monitoring of number of pregnancies given Antenatal monitoring.
- Monitor newly identified TB patients and those followed up at the Respiratory Medicine Institute to ensure access and adherence to treatment.
